Description:
This is a very rarely seen holster for a Mauser Broomhandle C96, procured by Japanese military during WWII. It is for a shorter barrel Bolo model with gun's serial number inked inside the flap. Japanese procured holsters can be identified but two tabs for a shoulder strap carry - one on each side of belt loop on the rear. These were typically purchased privately by the officers as they had to buy their own sidearms.
It is in excellent original condition with no defects.
These are scarce.
I have only seen a couple in the past 25 years.
