RHV "Robinson High Velocity" cartridges were mfg by Clyde Williamson, who also authored The Winchester Legacy, and the son of Harold F. Williamson, a Winchester employee and author of Winchester, The Gun That Won The West (1952). These are not reloads. I'm told these were manufactured from new factory Winchester brass. Caution appears on the label "for use in Winchester Model 71 rifles only. I recommend referencing Clyde's book to learn more about the ballistic data. WW Super Headstamps
