Description:
This Savage Model 99 is in good operating condition and has most of the case colors on the lever. This gun is one of the best lever action designs ever made. They are very expensive to make so they are no longer on the market. Pity. It has the rotary magazine with the cartridge counter on the left side of the frame. The 300 Savage is a good effective big game caliber that is still loaded by ammo makers. It has a crack on the top of the wrist that has been profectionaly repaired. It was made in 1951 and has a bright shiny bore. It has Weaver scope bases installed.
