A clean little S&W 38/32 2" snub nosed revolver chambered in .38 S&W (not .38 Special). The piece is a true 5 screw I frame hand ejector possibly mfg late 30's early 40's. It does show some bluing loss (holster?) and some light surface imperfections as shown in the photos. The factory checkerd grips are crack free and numbered to the gun - it is a 5 shot.
The cylinder turns without issue and locks up tight. All in all a very solid compact little revolver.
I am not an expert by any means on these older S&W revolvers so any corrections or additions to the description is appreciated.
