This is a beautiful piece of aged Walnut cut into a gun blank. This comes from an old New England gunsmith who put aside a lifetime supply in his dry barn where it has slowly aged from 40 to 60 years. It measures 30 inches in length and is 7" wide at the base tapering to 2" at the top and is 2" thick weighing 5lbs 10oz.. Disclaimer: Wood blanks are sold as is with no written or expressed guarantee or warranty of defects, serviceability, or interior quality. In other words what you see is what you get, very slowly dried old growth wood and you will receive the exact one that is photographed.
