A.J. Plate/Slotter Derringer Size Pistol. .36 caliber with a 1 ½" barrel. 5" overall length. Barrel has no original finish. All furniture is nicely engraved. This gun was one of the counterfeit pistols that became the subject of the lawsuit filed by Henry Deringer for Patent Infringement. These guns were being counterfeited and marked Deringer, but were not Henry Deringer made guns. Unique being a peanut size!
