Egyptian Contract Fabrique Nationale SAFN Model 49 Semi-Automatic Rifle Chambered in 8X57.
This is a late post-war Model 49 semi-automatic rifle as produced by FN Herstal for the country of Egypt. This rifle has the late contract Egyptian crown on the receiver ring with the serial number in Arabic numerals on the receiver and matching Farsi on the receiver, receiver cover, stock, bolt carrier and bolt. Smooth pistol grip stock with a cleaning kit slot brass buttplate, and comes with the double edged bayonet and scabbard.
Bore shiny with good riflings. Overall appears in great condition.
