This appears to be something that someone, somewhere, put together to deceive. I'm told that parts are real and parts are repro and parts are fake. We are not experts on Nazi stuff but I can tell you that I have seen some amazing faked WWII articles in the former Eastern Bloc - mostly from Serbia, Bulgaria, etc. If this were real it would be worth a lot more than we are asking. I am selling it as a Repro item and to us that means "faked". Buyer beware we are not representing this as anything but what you see. It came to us in the lot purchase of an estate.
