Description:
*** PRICE REDUCED *** This Colt M-1911 was manufactured in 1918 as noted by serial number. It may be the original finish turning brown from age but no rust or pitting. All markings are sharp and show no evidence of re-finishing but the finish appears to be smooth and matt. The frame has heart shaped cut-outs under the grips as the early frames had. The barrel is marked S P, on the left leg, a pre-WWII replacement having an excellent bore.
It is very tight with no rattle as found on many M1911s of this vintage. This is a great example of a WW1 era pistol prepared to fight another war. .45 ACP with a 5” barrel. Serial Number 400099. FFL or C&R Required

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed. I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING:
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $35.00,
FIREARMS:
Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address. Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address.
A signed valid license copy will be required for shipment to only the license address.
GUARANTEE:
Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed. Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire. These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged. If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made. Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded. All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
PAYMENT:
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay.
LAYAWAYS:
A 20% deposit is required. Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days. Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
