This is a full and sealed, 25 original rounds, of 16 Gauge (2 9/16") loaded paper shot shell dummies manufactured for the US Army by Winchester during WWII. The two piece buff box with buff label and plain black print is unbranded with "3021" code on the lower left corner and is in excellent condition with very mild age soiling. A unique collectible for the paper shot shell or Military collector.
