Description:
This is a scarce BARRELETTE Shotgun Adapter, this would take your 20ga. shotgun and this adapter would be inserted into the barrel to convert to 22 shot. These were made in the 50's and was patented. The head is brass that holds the 22 shot shell with an ejector that works with the shotgun, this provided a low cost, low noise alternative for shooting. The steel tube/barrel shows some oxidation and a slight tweak near the middle. The larger brass end tube is missing its rubber O ring that seals the barrel. Over-all in very good to excellent condition. Very interesting piece and should be in ever collection.
