All firearms new unless otherwise noted. NO SALES TAX (Excl AZ) USED Firearms have a 3-day non-firing inspection period starting when received at the transfer dealer. USED Firearms may be returned within 3 days after received by the local transfer dealer for any reason for a full refund, minus any fees, shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. All other reasons for returns on used guns are ineligible. Antique firearms cannot be returned. They are what they are, ANTIQUE. All factory new guns fall under Manufacturer original warranty and will not be accepted in return. The best way to contact me is call; some email gets lost in junk filter. The buyer pays actual shipping cost. Handguns go USPS priority $25 (unless they are over 12 inch in package length. Then actual shipping cost apply) Plus adult signature fee, plus optional insurance (loss/damage is on buyer if opted out of insurance). Long guns ship UPS.

FEATURES
Like its 5.56 mm counterpart, the MR762A1 is a direct descendent of the HK416/417 series, only in a semi-automatic rifle configuration developed for civilian users. Using the HK-proprietary operating system, the MR762A1 is gas operated and uses a piston and a solid operating "pusher" rod in place of the common gas tube normally employed in AR15/M16/M4-style weapons. Pioneered by Heckler & Koch in the G36, HK416, and HK417; this method virtually eliminates malfunctions common to direct impingement gas systems since hot carbon fouling and waste gases do not enter the receiver area. The MR762A1 stays cleaner, reducing heat transfer to the bolt and bolt carrier, and drastically reducing wear and tear on other critical components. The service life of all parts is increased substantially.

When "Special Order Firearms" cannot be transferred, (a background check cannot be successfully completed), a restocking fee of 15% applies. The refund, less restocking fee, will be issued 14 days after final background check disposition.
Here is our process of purchasing a firearm with us:
1. You need to have current AZ Driver License with correct address and be 21 for handgun purchases. 18 for long guns. If you are 18 - 20 years of age, a mandatory federal 10 day waiting period applies
Expired Driver’s License will not be accepted.

4. If the background check is delayed, we keep the payment until background check clears
5. If you do not clear background check within 5 BUSINESS days you will get a refund of you purchase price.
