"Virginia Manufactory 1st Model pistol. Extremely rare gun. While they made 2200 of these guns, not many survived. This model has the distinction of being the largest of all of the US martial handguns. Metal has light pitting throughout. Markings are all clear and readable. Lock is dated 1811. This is the first one we have ever owned. This gun came out of a great collection of US martial Arms which can be revealed to the buyer.
