About Us: I am a longtime NRA Life Member. I am also a Charter Member of my gun club (SGC) Scottsdale Gun Club, of Scottsdale, AZ, which does all my firearm transfers and shipping. I am over 70 and am selling my lifetime collection of firearms. This is a listing for just a BARRELED ACTION, THAT HAS BEEN STRIPPED OF ALL MOVING PARTS. The buyer is buying a receiver (with no moving parts) and the original factory barrel with the front sight ramp, but no front sight blade, but the push button lock for the sight is still in place-see photo. The receiver and the attached barrel both have the same matching serial number of 190661. The barrel has an excellent bore-see the photo. I purchased the complete rifle from Rostov (Kenneth Bell) online last year and he stated that the rifle has an excellent bore and Rostov has over 9,000 Positive feedbacks with an excellent reputation. I test fired the rifle myself and shot a number of very tight 3 and 5 shot groups with SK+ ammunition at 50 Ft. with a scope on a bench at my indoor gun club range. Also, the barrel crown is undamaged-see the photo. The rifle was well cared for by its prior owners. The barreled action has been nicely refinished and has a very pleasing deep blue finish overall. I see no rust or old corrossion or any signs of abuse-see the photos. The receiver has not been altered and has not been drilled & tapped for scope mounts, etc. -see the photos. PLEASE, NO REQUESTS FOR JUST THE BARREL ALONE, as I do not have access to a reasonable priced gunsmith to remove the barrel. I am selling this rifle in pieces as I own another Es350B rifle that is in near collector grade condition that I am keeping to use. Please note that this barreled receiver is an FFL item and must be transferred to a FFL. Not qualified as C&R as it is not a functioning firearm. ALL SALES AND SHIPPING ONLY TO THE LOWER 48 U.S. STATES. Please note that the 3 calendar day inspection and return is not for any firing or disassembly. If the buyer wishes to return the barreled receiver for any reason, their refund will be reduced by the seller's exact cost of shipping and any FFL fees and the buyer must pay for the return shipping witlh full insurance and the item must be in the same condition as it was received. If the buyer wishes to return the item, the buyer must give the seller notice by email within the 3 day period. After the buyer agrees to buy this item, the seller will then email all necessary details needed by the buyer to complete the purchase.
