Description:
This is a pair of heavyweight size 42, dark brown leather trousers with fleece lining and zippered legs. The pants have open pockets at the shins and zippered hip pockets. The left leg has a stitched name patch: "C.E. GOODWIN/U.S.N.R." and the cloth manufacturer's labels are still intact and complete ("H.L.B. Corp. N.Y."). The leather is in good condition but does have several surface scuffs and small areas of flaking on the front and back and the interior lining has darkened with age and use. The adjustable elastic suspenders are original and in fine shape. This is a rare and desirable piece of navy flight gear and is in very good condition overall.
