This is probably one of the lowest production and rarest US made pistols - a Semmerling LM4 manually operated handgun, chambered in .45 acp and designed by Lichtman in 1975. Only 600 were built with a small contract to US government included. The gun operates by manually cycling the slide, resulting in the smallest .45 ACP pistol ever made. This is an early desirable version, SN 057 with an offset slide at the tang. The gun is in near new original condition with just some lightening of the blue on the front grip strap in two spots - most likely made so at the factory.
The gun is fully functional and comes with a spare magazine as well! It is 4+1 capacity.
Also comes with a rare original manual, factory price and instruction sheets and a invoice for accessories.
Most of these are either in private collections or in museums and almost never come up for sale.
