We normally ship USPS Priority Mail which should be 2-day ship. Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. Description:
The Fix rifle by Q is a very interesting entry to the gun market. It is a high quality tactical precision rifle that can function in a variety of roles, whether it be as a scout rifle, hunting rifle, or as a target rifle. The Fix uses a one piece receiver rather than the combined action and chassis system that most rifles use in this day and age. By eliminating the chassis system, a great deal of weight is saved. The folding stock is a very high quality design and tolerances are kept tight in order to not affect the overall accuracy of the rifle. Indeed, when new and out of the box, the stock can be arguably difficult to fold. The Fix simplifies operation of the rifle via a 45 degree angle short throw bolt handle. Controls are made in the style of the AR15 and are easy to operate. The rifle has a short M1913 picatinny top rail to accommodate nearly any scope whether it be a simple Burris or a high-end Leupold. The free-float Q-SERT handguard is fully M-LOK compatible. The trigger is a 2-stage match type and is very smooth, ensuring a high level of accuracy. The stainless steel barrel is chambered for the explosively popular 6.5 Creedmoor and is 16.0 inches long with a threaded muzzle. The twist rate is 5/8”-24. A Cherry Bomb muzzle brake is fitted from the factory. This muzzle brake is itself threaded for use with a Q suppressor. The rifling twist for this rifle is the popular 1:7 inches which allows for the stabilization of the heaviest bullets available for the 6.5 Creedmoor. Overall weight of The Fix is an astonishingly low 6.4 lbs. Even with a scope and bipod attached, the rifle should still remain lighter than its competitors, making long-range treks with the rifle much easier by comparison. The Fix’s relatively short barrel should allow the rifleman better maneuvering in thick foliage and brush. The Fix uses the common SR-25 magazine commonly found on AR-10 rifles. It ships with one 10-round magazine. This rifle is new in the box and ready to go!
