Description:
This all original Winchester Model 70 Featherweight Pre 64 made in 1955 is in extra fine condition. 30.06 caliber with a 22" barrel and a 13 3/4" LOP. The rifle shows little to no wear. Obviously it has been shot and handled very little. There isn't any noticeable thinning at the muzzle. I have shown pictures of all spots that normally show wear the fastest. These pictures show little or no wear in them. The engraved bolt numbers match the gun's serial number. The butt plate looks new. There is little to no wear on the floor plate. The checkering is sharp and crisp. Varnish looks almost new. Wood has nice figure. Hard to upgrade unless you find a new one in the box.
