Description:
Winchester 1873 in 32 WCF. This rifle is re-blued and in beautiful condition. 23 5/8 octagon barrel, crescent butt.
This rifle must have been re-blued about 10 yrears ago and I expect it was in very good condition before the re-blue as all barrel edges and factory markings are very crisp.
I bought this becasue it was just so nice for its age AND it comes with 2 letters with "supposed links" to Miller Brothers 101 Ranch in Ponca City. if you believe the story, the rifle was given to a long term employee or foreman from one of the Miller Brothers. I dont have a way to authenticate any of this but I like the letters, the story, and the rifle.
