Description:
Beretta 682 Super Sporting 12 gauge O/U shotgun, proof date 1993. I sold this gun new and I have acquired it from my original customer.
This gun is set-up to shoot just about any shotgun discipline you want to shoot..30” (29 ½”) factory ported, factory choke tubed barrels with a flat, filed vent rib that tapers from 7/16” to 5/16” at the muzzle. The mid rib is also vented to aid in barrel cooling and to help increase “swing” speed; all features of the Super Sporting model.
The stock configuration is also unique to the Super Sporting..It comes with three different comb pieces of varying heights as well as three different recoil pads of varying thicknesses. As it is the dimensions are: 14 ½” LOP, 1 5/16” DAC and 2” DAH with slight right-hand cast off. No palm swell.
Now add a full set of Kolar AAA sub gauge inserts, fixed choke Sk/Sk, a Kolar barrel weight (so the 12 gauge weighs the same as when tubed) and an Americase; that rounds out the versatility of this gun.
Other than a few handling marks on the stock this gun remains in 98%+ condition and is mechanically perfect. Notice that it comes complete in the Americase and it comes with original Beretta luggage case with all paperwork, comb inserts, recoil pad, choke tubes and even a Kolar swing weight. Weighs 8 lbs. 14 oz. with tubes inserted. Gun alone weighs 8 lbs.
