The XPR combines the proven features of the Model 70 with modern materials and manufacturing to produce a high performance rifle at a more affordable cost. The rifle features Winchester‚‚s patented M.O.A. trigger designed from the ground up to provide zero take-up, creep, and overtravel for maximum responsiveness. The XPR also feeds from detachable box magazines for quick and easy reloads along with the ability to carry additional ammo in extra spare magazines. The SR (Suppressor Ready) model features a threaded barrel with a removable thread protector that allows for quick and easy mounting of direct-attach suppressors and other muzzle brakes.
This model is chambered in 6.5mm Creedmoor and features a 20-inch sporter-profile barrel along with a Nickel Teflon coating on the bolt body. One 3-round magazine is included.
