Description:
Winchester Model 12, 12-gauge, full-choke, pump-action shotgun with a 30-inch barrel with a muzzle bead.  Its length of pull is 14¼ inches.  Its drop at the comb is approximately 2 inches.  Its drop at the heal is approximately 2½ inches.  Its overall length is approximately 49½ inches.  Its unloaded weight is 7 pounds, 5.9 ounces.  The gun accepts 2½-inch shells.  Bores are in excellent condition.  Year of manufacture is 1919.  There are not box, papers, or accessories.

The gun is fully operational.  It’s condition varies among the major parts.  The barrel is in excellent conditions with a bright shiny bore and well-defined lettering.  However, it has been reblued, and, though it was a good bluing job in terms of its smoothness and uniformity of color, it has a reddish cast.  The receiver and tube magazine has also been reblued and both have a black finish that is closer to the original finish.  The receiver has a very few rust-pit dimples that were buffed and blued over, but a good job.  The stock is a new replacement, with no marks of any kind.  The slide handle is original and is approximately 80 percent.  It is fully intact with no cracks or splits.  However, it bears the small dents and other marks of its 124 years.  The front 1½ inch is a dark walnut color, while the remainder is a slightly lighter color.

The fastest way to get this gun is to pay with USPS (U.S. Postal Service) money orders, as they are like cash.  I will ship the revolver immediately upon receipt of a USPS money order and an FFL.  I will also accept a personal check or other type money, as well as bank checks and cashier's checks, but I will hold the gun until it clears my bank; this includes bank checks and cashier’s checks.  I do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal.

Check or money order must be made out to Jerry Pownall or Barboursville Arms.
