Description:
With a .62 cal., 39” barrel with a partially-bright about good bore showing light pitting throughout the rifling. The barrel, bands and lock are toning to a mottled dull gray patina with scattered areas of light pitting, light oxidation and scattered small impact marks and light handling marks overall. The brass mountings are a mustard patina with areas of light tarnish and scattered light handling marks. The lockplate is unmarked

The walnut-stained hardwood stock rates about very good plus with crisp edges on the stock flats, a coat of period-added finish, a tiny chip to the left of middle screw , the breech tang screw stands proud of the tang, the sling swivels and sights are intact and the action appears to function well mechanically.
