We normally ship USPS Priority Mail which should be 2-day ship. Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. Shipping insurance is available upon request for an extra fee. We cannot do international sales. As of November 2019, we no longer ship guns to California and Hawaii.

The 1911 is perhaps the most famous semi-automatic pistol ever made, having a long and successful carrier in both military and civilian use. The 1911 and its cartridge, the famous .45 ACP, were designed by John Moses Browning to fulfill a requirement by the U.S. Army for a new service pistol which would also become the first semi-automatic to be officially adopted by the U.S. Army, replacing the M1909 revolver in .45 Colt in service. The 1911 has proved to be one of the most reliable and durable semi-automatic pistols ever designed, successfully serving the U.S. Armed Forces through World War I, World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. When it comes to pistols, Savage is generally known for their Model 1907 pistol, which is a collector’s item in today’s world. It has been a long time since Savage produced a pistol, but the company is now back into it with their own take of the famous 1911 pistol. Shown here is a new-in-box 1911 Gov’t Style Stainless, specifically SKU 67202. This version of the Savage 1911 is chambered for the classic .45 ACP. This pistol features front and rear serrations, a dual recoil spring, and a machined sear and disconnector. The 5-inch stainless, Match-Grade barrel uses a 1:16 inches right-hand twist. It is machined from billet and features an 11 degree target crown. The ejection port of the slide is lowered, flared, and cut for live-round ejection. The firing pin is made from Titanium and has a nitride coating. This increases the reliability and durability of the pistol and ensures a round is fired every time the trigger is squeezed. The VZ G10 grips are described by Savage as being “Hyena Brown” in color. The hammer is a Rowel type similar to that found on the original Browning High Power pistol. The trigger is solid rather than the skeleton type. The pistol comes with two 8-round magazines.
