Description:
A nice small pistol flask with a fluted design in a bag shape. Probably made in Birmingham, England.  It is in EXCELLENT condition but needs a spring. Springs are available  at a modest price from a number of sources. It is really only important if you planned to use it. It is 4 3/4" high and  2" wide. It appears to be made of brass. Refer to the Riling Powder Flask Book on page 281, item # 243.  These are hard to find.
