Winchester. Model 1873 lever action rifle. Cal. 44-40 Win. 24” barrel with a very good bore with some light pitting. Manufactured 1894. Fixed front blade sight, crescent butt plate, octagon barrel, adjustable buckhorn rear sight, rear tang peep sight. Mechanically very solid. Overall a very good 73 in a desirable caliber.
