This is a pre WWII leather carry case for a Thompson 1921 or 1928 sub machine gun. Although there were canvas cases made in this pattern, this is the ONLY known example made of leather. It is in excellent original original condition with separate compartments for the gun, stock and stick magazines. It comes with a carry strap as well. The leather is supple and without defects. No markings that I can see. About 12 years ago, I showed this case to the author of the Thompson SMG book and he confirmed that this is the only such case that he had ever seen.
This is a great one of a kind accessory that can complete your Thompson SMG.
