Description:
This is a partial box, 40 original rounds, of .38 S&W Special Center Fire ammunition manufactured by Winchester with Gallery Special cartridges with low pressure load of smokeless powder and conical flush to the rim low seated bullets. The two piece, red and black label, early 1900's box has call out for Smith & Wesson New Military Revolver with an intact primary and 85% intact side label. The box is now solid showing tape repairs to the top inside edges, some mild age soiling and staining. The cartridges show very mild age darkening but are otherwise excellent and neatly held in place with an added spacer.
