Kimber of Oregon Model 89 SuperAmerica .300 Weatherby Magnum. Serial 8901460 has a 24-inch barrel (.60-inch muzzle diameter, polished blue finish). Features include a matte receiver with integral bases, full-length claw extractor, three-position safety and an inside-the-guard floorplate release button. Stocked in AA-grade claro, highlights include an ebony forend tip, 24 lines-per-inch wrap checkering, scalloped cheek rest, steel grip cap and inletted sling swivel studs. OPTIC: A Leupold VX-III 3.5-10x40 with matte finish, .25 MOA adjustment clicks and Duplex reticle is mounted in Kimber 1-inch high rings. DIMENSIONS: Weight (inclusive of optic) is 8.8 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: The bore is pristine. Metal finish is approximately 97 percent with microscratching and one small area of thinning to silver near the muzzle. Wood is approximately 98 percent with a few minor impressions. Optic is tack sharp with strong lens coatings and an exterior finish of approximately 99 percent. INCLUSIONS. No box or papers. Dies (Redding full-length sizing and trim, Forester seater), 100 Hornady primed brass (new) and 50 Weatherby unprimed brass (new) are present. The price is firm and layaway is available. $5,000 plus shipping.
