An antique National Arms Company No. 2 Deringer made circa 1865 , and later in Brooklyn, New York. Only about 12,000 of these were made by National Arms before the company was purchased Colt.
This scarce little Deringer is chambered for a single shot of .41 rimfire, a likely choice for very concealable self-defense in the last half of the 19th Century. .
