Obviously a replica, with 1851 type Colt revolver in .36 ca; has a 7 1/2" octagonal barrel with a clean rifled bore and it indexes very well and locks tight.
The exterior metal is greyis/blue, and the brass frame very mellow patina, and walnuy grips very clean.Made in 1971 and has underz barrel markings. of: FORT SUMNER APRIL 12, 1861. Overall a solid working gun.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
