.60 caliber 36"" octagon to round barrel Percussion altered 1813 Board of Ordnance Chief's Grade trade Gun. Metal is a smooth grey patina with heavy oxidation noted at the drum bolster. This Chief's Grade gun is unique as it is marked with a broad arrow on the lock. This gun was supplied to the British Native allies during the War of 1812! Stock shows usage and handling wear with some dings and mars. Wrist has German silver Indian Chief motif thumb plate. Barrel is stamped with a circle dog and marked London.
