Fleming Firearms / Heckler & Koch MP5SD Class III/NFA Machine Gun
Originally manufactured in Germany as a HK94 semi-automatic rifle, this firearm was converted to a submachine-gun by Fleming Firearms in Collinsville, Ok then upgraded to a MP5-SD by the famous Curtis Higgins of S&H Arms of Owasso,OK with a remarked receiver, proper length barrel and a "SEF" (safe/semi/full-auto) marked trigger group with a pack modified to be compatible with a commercial "shelf" style receiver. This is a registered reciever. Patterned after the SD variant, this example is fitted with a ported barrel and matching S&H marked suppressor. S&H added "MP5SD" marking on top of the receiver and the Heckler & Koch Chantilly, Virginia address on the right side of the magazine well. The grip is right handed with the aforementioned markings on the trigger group, with a round, ribbed forearm and a telescoping buttstock. Comes with six magazines, three magazines are marked RESTRICTED LAW ENFORCEMENT / GOVERNMENT USE ONLY. Also comes with an Assault Systems soft case. Last, comes with an original HK MP5-SD magazine pouch w three straight magazines marked HK MP5 SD. Has a matte black finish, Mechanically & cosmetically this MP5-SD is in MINT / BRAND NEW condition! What you see, is what you get! Transfers on a form 4.
NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3 registered receiver which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478. Note this is a 2 Stamp firearm because of the suppressor.
