Also includes frameable loose leaf "My Pardner" poem also signed by Madis, copyright 1970. Good boards, no tears, no dog ears, no pencil marks. Normal ligjt edge staining for a book this old. Good tight binding. Overall excellent condition. This has always been the "Go To" book for the serious Winchester collector. This book was always kept in a glass doored bookcase.
