Description:
This is a US M1921 Sam Browne Rig W/Sabre Chain made by the famous firm of Ridabrock & Co. of New York, made of brown shell Cordovan leather and is in remarkable condition for the age stamped 33. The leather is still pliability and completely serviceable, the is made of two pieces of leather and it has separated here and there over the years. The Sabre chain and frog are in very good condition with light oxidation on the chain. In many places it is inscribed " W.Mc.Q. P.M.C." and also 38-39. The brass has a nice patina and light verdigris here and there.
