Here is a Model 1894 Winchester rifle with lots of original bluing and excellent condition, wood and metal. The action was made in 1902 and apparently was rebarreled by Winchester in the '20s with a Model '94 barrel. This is a classic deer rifle that will do as well today as it did when it was new 120 years ago, maybe even better with the new Hornady Leverlution (sp?) loads. Sights are Marbles and may well be from the Winchester factory special order. Lettering and numbers are all clear and crisp as are the screwheads. If you want to hunt with a classic or if you just want a nice pre-64 Winchester to include in your collection at a price that won't break the bank, this is it.
