Circa 1700's. This is a fine example of an Indian Matchlock ""TORADAR"" gun. It has a 34.5"" barrel with a .55"" bore. Overall length of 52 1/2"". It has beautiful ivory inlays of arrow heads and Indian artwork in the stock. Brass receiver with chrysanthemum rivets. The barrel has hand engraved stippling that resembles Damascus. Hand wrapped sinew connects three-piece foreend to the barrel. Spring-loaded matchlock function works as designed.
