Shiloh Sharps 1874 Creedmoor Target .45/70 rifle for sale. I ordered this rifle in 2015 and has been in my possession since, spending nearly all of its existence in the safe. It is in near-new condition. Round count is less than 50. It is stunning. The rifle is heavily optioned and engraved by Marty Rabeno. Caliber is .45/70, barrel length 30 inches and length of pull is approximately 13 3/4". Weight as shown is 11 lb. 3 oz. The sale includes the rifle and scope blocks, not the rear sight mount or front sight. The barrel is heavy, 1/2 round and is machined on the top flat. The wood is presentation , finish is AAA. The screws are fire blued. The receiver is French Grey. It features brass escutcheons, custom bedding, pewter tip, a 3lb. trigger by Shiloh, a steel buttplate and scope blocks with 17 inch spacing installed by Shiloh. The only blemish of note is a scratch in the barrel blue (see photo). The rifle is ready for competition, and is a joy to behold. My interests have gone in another direction, so the rifle is offered to someone who will appreciate it. You can bypass the wait and the sweat involved in shepherding the construction of this beauty over the finish line. Shipping will be actual cost.
