Colt Single Action Army Antique Cavalry Model 1880 Production. SN 59131. 
 FACTORY LETTER INCLUDED – Hartley and Graham

Per Included Factory Letter: .45 Caliber Colt with 7½” Barrel and faded original blue finish; Shipped to Hartley and Graham of New York on November 8, 1880 as Part of a 100 Gun Shipment. 

This Colt is 100% original with all visable numbers matching. The one-piece walnut grips are oil finished. The revolver has the early "bullseye" ejector rod and "cavalry style" hammer with elongated, bordered knurling on the spur. This revolver is all original. 

Included:
  • original grips;
  • Perfect action and good bore; Bore has a few light pits. Riflings are good.
  • Really fine 140+ Year-old Colt .45c Revolver.
  • Very little looseness in the cylinder.
  • Last patented January 19, 1875.
Original right grip has the digits OS punched in a relieved area of the grip. Old chip out of lower portion of right grip. Appears to be original grips. Lettering on barrel is light and timeworn.

This revolver has been well cared for.
