Consider the most realistic, turkey and duck Painter in America painted oil on board,This painting was in a gallery , when it caught on fire. Somehow this survived that fire.I contacted the artist he thought the painting was destroyed. it purchased this 15 years ago from an antique dealer friend of mine .There is very minor damage to this painting it was listed at $6800. years ago Goebel is the only artist known to win two ducks stamp,pantings. Wilheim GOEBEL sold his prints for $800 that were minuscule compared to this painting. very expertly painted, I contacted the curator about this painting and he confirmed his technique, very fine , realistic brushstrokes. approximate dimensions 23 x 32" with gallery stamp still on back. there is minor damage check out photo nine ,and minor damage to the frame corners.
