44 caliber. SN, 224870. 8" round barrel. 6 shot round rebated cylinder. Bbl., frame & cyl. have high polish blue with silver & gold plated ornamentaiton.The cyl. features portraits of Robert E. Lee and other Confederate Generals. The barrel features a silver plated Confederate Eagle with the inscription "God Bless Dixie" that is highlighted by gold plated scroll. The side of the frame features Civil War scenes with "CSA" marking. Gold plated trigger guard & backstrap. Backstrap is marked "13 of 250" & has "Sam Colt" signature. Fancy 1 piece walnut grip has high gloss finish. Limited edition of 250 issued by America Remembers and the US Society of Arms & Armor. Signature Series revolver mfg.by Colt Blackpowder Arms.
