Kimber of Oregon Model 84 .17 Remington. Serial 17R386 wears a 22-inch tapering sporter barrel. Features include a polished blue finish, round receiver (Kimber bases attached), full-length claw extractor and a disc safety. STOCK: Drawn from a AAA-grade blank with compelling character and secondary accents, appointments include a reddish ebony forend tip, 24 lines-per-inch wrap checkering, checkered steel butt plate with widow's peak, steel grip cap and inletted sling swivel studs. No box or papers. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.4 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: The bore is pristine. Mechanics are smooth and solid. Metal finish is approximately 99 percent. Wood is approximately 98 percent with a few trace impressions and suggestions of varnish lift at the peak. The price is firm and layaway is available. Trades for fine sporting rifles (particularly customs, rimfires and dangerous game calibers) and handguns will be respectfully considered. $3,250 plus shipping.
