Fox AE 12 gauge. Made in Philadelphia, serial 21505 (4x matching) has 28-inch barrels (M/F, single bead, raised matted rib, 2.75-inch chambers and tuned triggers by Paul Hodgins, ejectors). Features include a manual safety and color case receiver. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 7.2 pounds. Length-of-pull is 14.8 inches. Drops are 1.5 and 2.75 inches. The stock is absent cast. CONDITION: Bores are strong. Barrels have trace side-to-side movement. Opening lever rests well right. As updated and refreshed, barrel rust blue is approximately 97 percent over softened markings. Mechanics are snappy. Engraving is sharp and receiver colors are faded to trace. Wood is refinished and checkering recut, a blended repair showing on right at receiver. A Pachmayr Decelerator pad has been added. The price is firm and layaway is available. Trades for fine sporting rifles (particularly customs, rimfires and dangerous game calibers) and handguns will be respectfully considered. $3,500 plus shipping.
