Here we see the pinnacle of old world gunmaking: double set triggers, Blitz scroll-backed ejector action, coin finish, double Kersten lock, fully engraved with well executed deep relief game scenes on three sides and the balance filled with double line scroll, oak leaves, flowers and running leaf borders. Manual safety. Nicely blacked 26" bbls with full length rib, front sight with flip-up night bead, single leaf rear. Attractive wood, 14" LOP thru brown rubber pad, 2.5" & 1 5/8" drops, shadow line cheekpiece and horn grip cap. Tight setting crack in head lhs appears to have been epoxied. Fitted claw mounts with Schmidt & Bender 1.25-4x 20mm scope. 10 lbs 3 oz, 1957 proof, Flaig import.
