Nice Colt .44 Caliber Bullet Mold from the Civil War. The US Inspector's initials are on the right side just beneath the caliber marking. Outside of mold still retains 20% original blue while the inner handles and cavities have 80% original blue. Nice round and conical molds...should cast some nice bullets. The sprue cutter is marked "COLT'S PATENT" just beneat the hinge pin. This would make the perfect accessory to go along with a Colt 1860 Army Revolver.
