The Piotti BSEE that we have here, sn9920 built by special order in 2005, is the company's BEST BOXLOCK gun. The standard features include a receiver that is machined from a solid billet of Boehler steel in Piotti's own plant, with an Anson and Deely design with highly polished and hand fit internal parts, finely struck chopper lump barrels with fixed chokes, and a perfectly hand fitted stock finely checkered. Weighing just 6lbs. 7oz. and balanced perfectly on the hinge pin, the perfect weight and dynamics for easy carry and consistent shooting. Piotti guns handle like a dream. With long, slender 29" barrels and highly figured English style stock, it is a racy, sexy bird gun that has seen little use. You can buy this gun today at a fraction of the cost for the same gun new. Look at the photos and you will see that the checkering shows no wear or handling marks. The barrels are tight as new on the breech face and hinge pin. There is no carry wear on the receiver. The Turkish walnut wood is stunning. The finish is the finest hand-rubbed oil finish that is nearly flawless, just a few of the tiniest handling marks.
