From the metal-to-metal fit, wood-to-metal fit, nearly invisible screws, 28lpi hand checkered wood...THIS IS PERFECTION YOU RARELY SEE.   This gun was engraved by renowned engraver Castelli.  Weighing just 6lbs. 7oz. and balanced perfectly on the hinge pin, the perfect weight and dynamics for easy carry and consistent shooting.  Piotti guns handle like a dream.  With long, slender 29" barrels and highly figured English style stock, it is a racy, sexy bird gun that has seen little use.  You can buy this gun today at a fraction of the cost for the same gun new.  Look at the photos and you will see that the checkering shows no wear or handling marks.  The barrels are tight as new on the breech face and hinge pin.  There is no carry wear on the receiver.  The Turkish walnut wood is stunning.  The finish is the finest hand-rubbed oil finish that is nearly flawless, just a few of the tiniest handling marks.  You cannot find a finer premium side x side for this price, and just in time for the bird season that is upon us now.  This gun has all the best features, ie premium leather covered pad, long barrels, best chokes for upland behind fine dogs, light weight and perfect balance, as new condition, gorgeous wood, fancy back scalloped frame, perfect bores, and the most versatile 16ga. chambering.  “Carries like a 20, shoots like a 12” is an apt saying for this gun.  See the tables below for specifications.  The gun is presently set up for a left-handed shooter.  We can easily bend this stock to neutral or cast off for a right-handed shooter within a few days of purchase.  We perform this service in our shop regularly and our system is well perfected.  Thanks for looking!
