Return Policy: 3 day inspection and return policy on used guns.
All firearms new unless otherwise noted. NO SALES TAX (Excl AZ) USED Firearms have a 3-day non-firing inspection period starting when received at the transfer dealer. USED Firearms may be returned within 3 days after received by the local transfer dealer for any reason for a full refund, minus any fees, shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. All other reasons for returns on used guns are ineligible. Antique firearms cannot be returned. They are what they are, ANTIQUE. All factory new guns fall under Manufacturer original warranty and will not be accepted in return. The best way to contact me is call; some email gets lost in junk filter. The buyer pays actual shipping cost. Handguns go USPS priority $25 (unless they are over 12 inch in package length. Then actual shipping cost apply) Plus adult signature fee, plus optional insurance (loss/damage is on buyer if opted out of insurance). Long guns ship UPS.

After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems with the firearm, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty. If you need assistance with returning a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty work/repair Tucson Equestrian Trading Post will be glad to assist you.
When "Special Order Firearms" cannot be transferred, (a background check cannot be successfully completed), a restocking fee of 15% applies. The refund, less restocking fee, will be issued 14 days after final background check disposition.
Here is our process of purchasing a firearm with us:
1. You need to have current AZ Driver License with correct address and be 21 for handgun purchases. 18 for long guns. If you are 18 - 20 years of age, a mandatory federal 10 day waiting period applies
Expired Driver’s License will not be accepted.
2. You pay for the firearm
3. We run a background check
4. If the background check is delayed, we keep the payment until background check clears
5. If you do not clear background check within 5 BUSINESS days you will get a refund of you purchase price.
