   ***   NEW PRICE   ***   Very handsome F.T. Baker 12 bore sidelock ejector game gun No. 2 of a pair with the desirable and rare sidelever and intricate and profuse engraving. Highly figured French walnut stock and forearm. Double trigger and auto ejectors. Great handling and well balanced game gun. Weighs 6lb 14oz. Serial number 8039. Manufactured circa 1913.   ***   The 28” nitro steel barrels are chambered for 2-1/2” shotshells. They are topped by a raised solid concave gamestyle rib. The rib is inscribed “ Frederic T Baker. 29 Glasshouse Street. Picadilly Circus. London. “. The right barrel is bored 0.732 with a constriction of 0.018 for Light Modified choke. Minimum wall thickness is 0.023. The left barrel is also bored 0.732 and has a constriction of 0.024 for Modified choke. Minimum wall thickness is 0.023.   ***   The straight grip stock and splinter forearm are made of highly figured French walnut with a nice satin hand rubbed oil finish. Checkering is crisp. Stock dimensions are 15-1/4” over a checkered butt by 1-1/2” by 2”. Very slightly cast off for the righthanded shooter.   ***   Frederic T. Baker was known as one of the better quality London gunmakers and was also known for the intricate and profuse engraving on his guns. The photos speak for themselves. This is a well balanced and great handling game gun perfect for clays or game.   ***   Please note that the photos are part of the description.
