This is a very rare Colt 1911 pistol in 45 ACP. This is “The Leatherneck Vietnam Tribute Pistol”, and is #450 of only 500 ever made. This pistol was created and Issued by America Remembers & authorized by the Marine Corps Association. This commemorative pistol has a presentation grade high gloss blue slide with many high gloss 24K gold accents. (See Photos) The engraving is really spectacular in gold & silver with Marine Corp motifs. Engraved in gold under the slide is “#450 of 500.” Gun is new and has never been fired. Included is a beautiful wood & glass fitted presentation case with a key. This Colt has super nice rosewood grips with Colt gold medallions and the original Colt serial numbered carry case with owners manual.
