Description:
For your consideration is a Hoffman Arms Co. 1903 Springfield chambered in .30-06. This particular rifle features a very good bore with strong rifling and light frosting in the grooves, the barrel is engraved "Hoffman Arms Co Cleveland Ohio" and nice engraving is found in a diamond-shaped wedge ahead of the front ring. The rifle is beautifully hand engraved as well with gold inlays. The stock itself rates very good with the expected dings and handling marks that come from a field-used arm, and a light drying crack left and right at the toe, the forearm checkering with some minor bruises or compressed points. .30-06 Springfield
